Making An Appointment

A consultation is required before the date of vasectomy. This appointment may take place at either our West End or Chester location. You can make this appointment either by calling us or using this website.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

• Your insurance card
• Physician referral forms
• Any forms that you have downloaded from this site

Vasectomy Appointment

Vasectomies take place on Fridays at our West End location. The appointment will take approximately 30 minutes and you will be able to drive yourself home afterward.

Payment Information

Adult Urology Associates is a provider for many insurance carriers. Check with your insurance carrier to make certain that we participate with your plan.

We accept uninsured patients and do have payment plans available. Call our office for more information.

We request payment of co-payments, deductibles, and payment of services not covered by your insurance plan at the time of your visit. We do not accept credit or debit cards, only cash or personal checks.
